DHI Canada is proud to support the Rick Hansen Foundation (RHF) and its RHF Accessibility Certifcation program, a national rating system that measures and certifies buildings and sites for their overall level of meaningful accessibility.
Every day, people with disabilities affecting their mobility, vision and hearing face attitudinal and physical barriers that limit their potential. They struggle to access businesses, retail stores, offices and public spaces in their communities. Right now in Canada, one in every five people has a disability. As our population ages, the numbers go up every day. It’s time everyone, everywhere is included in society.
Together we can change this by improving accessibility, increasing awareness, empowering youth and funding critical spinal cord injury research. Your support will help make Canada accessible and inclusive for all.
